Every year people place huge pressure on themselves, why? Unrealistic resolutions do more harm than good. Try something a bit easier and manageable this year:
Drink good coffee
Swop out sodas for tea
Drink more water
Save money weekly
Be kind to yourself, treat yourself at least once a month
Get fit, run, walk, swim, cycle, try boxing, Pilates or yoga
Keep calm, don’t stress about something that won’t matter in a year’s time
Read a good book
Savor a sun rise
Enjoy the sunset
Do some star gazing
Learn to cook a great meal
Purge old clothes – sell or donate
Remember to take a deep breath and to love those closest to you
Be true to yourself, find a job or career you actually love – life is too short to not enjoy fully
